These computer laboratories will serve to reduce gaps in access to gadgets and the Internet by providing public computer access for individuals with specials needs, Marylanders without irreversible home (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning citizens. The program offers grants of as much as $65,000 for as much as 100% for the creation, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.
