These computer system laboratories will serve to decrease spaces in access to devices and the Web by offering public computer access for individuals with specials needs, Marylanders without permanent residence (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning residents. The program supplies grants of up to $65,000 for up to 100% for the creation, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.
