These computer system laboratories will serve to decrease spaces in access to devices and the Internet by offering public computer system gain access to for individuals with specials needs, Marylanders without permanent house (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning residents. The program offers grants of as much as $65,000 for up to 100% for the development, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer labs/centers throughout Maryland.
